Positive: The apartment was spacious, bright, fully equipped, very clean, and offered a lovely view. Its location is good, with all main attractions within walking distance.
Negative: A few points to note for future guests: the air conditioning is provided by a portable unit in the bedroom, which is quite noisy and not effective on hot days, and as the apartment faces a busy road, closing the windows is necessary for a quieter day and night... The Wi-Fi connection was strong but did not reach the bedroom.

Positive: Very clean . Very warm and friendly welcome with local food gifts . You have all you need for a good stay in Bellagio. The apartment is very nice inside . You can walk everywhere from this place . Public transportation also available. Grocery store very close.
Negative: There is free parking next to the property but maybe hard to find a spot during the day. The building from the outside looks a little old style , religious building type.
Summary: Good stay in Bellagio. Everything you need. Need to walk a little.

Positive: Property was beautiful! We were met by Marco who answered all questions and gave us a map of the area, a very nice touch. The property was clean and the location was very nice, just a 12-15 walk to the heart of Bellagio. They even left a welcome basket with some goodies which was a very nice tough.
Negative: AC was only in the master bedroom, it would have been nice to have thought out the apartment. Also, Wi-Fi does not work at all in master bedroom.
Summary: Beautiful apartment and good location, we stay again!

Positive: The property is bigger than what the photos show and we got a welcome baskets with biscuits , pasta , tomato sauce , protein bar etc , which was very appreciated . I love the rear terrace of the building and the view from the windows of the apartment is simply breathtaking. The mattress is very comfy and exactly what I needed after a long day of walking / exploring . The place was spotless and in a good location , about 20-25 mins walk from the town central and it’s simply beautiful to just walk from there to town and back , even at night time is extremely safe . The staff of Holidays Apartments were absolutely friendly , professional , kind and made my staying pleasant and helped me whenever I needed assistance. If you ever need support , just get in touch with them and they will assist you. I cannot recommend them enough . I will definitely book again this apartment, I had an amazing time in Bellaggio . Thank you so much for having us .

Positive: They were very helpful people. From the check in near ferry terminal they dropped us to the apartment . Next day also they gave us a lift till promande. Apartment is at a very serene place where u can hear birds chirping early in the morning
Negative: Shower cubicle is very small. Illumination in bathroom needs to be increased

Positive: Our stay exceeded our expectations. The view is stunning. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked. We really appreciated them picking us up from the ferry station! It was a serious life saver with all our luggage. The backyard has lovely outdoor seating space. The location is near Bellagio center without being downtown. It is a 20 minute or so walk with lovely views. This location is near 2 great supermarkets as well. We had no issues.
Negative: No issues, I would stay again. Just want to note that it would be nice to stock with trash bags (maybe we didn't see them) and everything was super clean but the floors maybe needed mopped. My brand new white slippers were dirty after just using them in the apartment.
